Manager of Manufacturing Operations - CHICAGO, IL

This is position is for a 200MM international organization based in Chicago. This company develops, manufacturers and distributes consumer products to the "big box stores" Walmart, KMart, Lowes, Home Depot, Sears, etc. This position will report to the Director of Operations and will oversee the multi-shift manufacturing and distribution operations to ensure production schedules are met, costs are within budget, quality is maintained, morale is supported and associates are working in a safe manner. Implement and champion LEAN manufacturing techniques including 5S, Kaizen and other continuous improvements.
